The new collection

Celebrating the 125th anniversary of Wyler Vetta, this watch was produced in a limited edition of 125 pieces. It is based on a historical model from the late ’60s that is part of the Wyler Vetta archives and has been updated to include the latest available technologies. The aesthetic aspect, with the exception of a few more current details, essentially recalls the lines of the original.
The case, carved from a block of 316L stainless steel, has a diameter of 43mm. Equipped with a screw-down case back, also made from solid steel, it is engraved with the unique progressive production number. The crown, in steel, is screw-down with WV logo. The special glass type K5 particularly resistant and hardened, scratch-resistant and with internal anti-reflective treatment, ensures a water resistance of 10 atm.
The movement is also the direct heir of the original model. It is a caliber 13 ½ ” Landeron 72 chrono with automatic winding. Although traditional in the arrangement of functions on the dial is equipped with the latest technology created by master watchmakers.
The functions of the watch are:
Hours, minutes, continuous seconds (counter at 9 o’clock), center chronograph seconds, chronograph minutes (counter at 3 o’clock), date window at 6 o’clock. The movement equipped with 32 jewels, has an antichoc balance that with 28,800 A/h guarantees excellent performance in terms of precision and shock resistance, the plates have a perlage decoration and the power reserve is about 45 hours.
The dial and hands also feature details in fluorescent material for nighttime reading.
The seven-link 316L stainless steel bracelet, also machined from solid billet, features a “diver’s type” deployant buckle with engraved logo and safety push-button closure.
Housed in a precious wooden case, the chronograph comes with two additional straps in soft calf leather Made in Italy combined with a traditional 316L stainless steel pin buckle with logo.
