Shipping and returns
Shipping
Wyler Vetta Srl offers a free shipping service for all orders placed on the website wylervetta.com:
- in the Italian Republic, Vatican City and the Republic of San Marino by courier. In this case, delivery times are 3-5 working days after the day of shipment and depend on the destination location (for some regions and disadvantaged areas, 7 working days may be necessary).
- In the countries indicated in the table below through the couriers indicated therein. In this case, delivery times are 4-7 working days after the day of shipment.
If orders are received before 1.00 PM, the products will be shipped the same day, unless the product is not available in our warehouses. If orders are received after 1.00 AM, they will be shipped the next day, always subject to product availability.
Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays), from 9.00 to 18.00. The delivery must be made in your hands with your signature.
Returns
Right of Withdrawal
Wyler Vetta Srl hopes that you are satisfied with the product purchased, however, if you have changed your mind or are not satisfied with the product purchased, you can return it within 14 days from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquired physical possession of the goods, according to the instructions on the right of withdrawal indicated in the paragraph "Right of Withdrawal" of the Conditions of Sale.
Only new, unworn products, accompanied by the warranty certificate and in their original packaging, can be returned.
We would like to inform you that, in accordance with art. 59 of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 (Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal is excluded for the supply of custom-made goods, i.e. if you ask for example for the watch strap to be made to measure.
If the right of withdrawal has been exercised in accordance with the procedure indicated in the paragraph "Right of Withdrawal" of the Conditions of Sale and if the product you have returned to us satisfies the conditions set out in art. 57 of the Consumer Code, we will refund the payments you have made to us, using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, within 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your intention to withdraw from the sales contract by writing to info@wylervetta.com .
Please note that for refunds via Credit Card it may take a few days for the transaction to be visible on your account. Shipping costs incurred for sending the products will NOT be refunded under any circumstances.
Such reimbursement will be made through the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, without any charge as a consequence of the reimbursement. The reimbursement may be withheld until we have received the goods, or until you have demonstrated that you have sent the goods, whichever is the earliest.
The right of withdrawal is reserved exclusively for natural persons (consumers), therefore it cannot be exercised by legal persons and by natural persons acting for purposes related to any professional activity carried out.
In no case will returns be accepted without having received a written request to the email address: info@wylervetta.com
Return procedure:
- Download the Return Form clicking here
- insert the Return Form (completed in its entirety and signed) together with the Warranty Certificate and the Delivery Note inside the package containing the product to be returned;
- adequately package the Product and send it via courier to Wyler Vetta Srl, Corso Sempione 2, 20154 Milan. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer;
- send an email to the address info@wylervetta.com with the subject “Return [order number] – depending on the case: Right of withdrawal or Defective Product or Product not compliant with the order” informing us of the shipment;
