Shipping
Wyler Vetta undertakes to fulfill orders placed within 4 working days, and in any case no later than 10 days from the day after the User placed the order. For pre-orders , the product will be shipped only after payment has been received, which occurs after a set number of days and can vary from 10 to 60 days.
Wyler Vetta Srl offers a shipping service for all orders placed on the wylervetta.com website:
- Delivery times are 1-3 business days after shipping within Italy (7 business days may be required for some regions and remote areas), while for other European countries, 2-9 business days may be required. For non-European countries, delivery may take up to 11 business days.
- Deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays), from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Shipping to Italy is FREE for all orders over €109. For orders under this amount, the cost is €9.99 and will be sent via DHL Express.
Shipping to other European countries (listed below) is FREE for orders over €200. For orders under this amount, the cost is €14.99 and will be sent via DHL Express.
Shipping to non-European countries (listed below in the table) is always FREE and will be via FERRARI GROUP courier.

Duties and customs charges
When importing into countries outside the European Union, customs duties and charges may apply.
All duties, taxes and other charges related to the importation of products into the destination country are entirely the responsibility of the Customer and must be paid at checkout. At the time of purchase, the Customer agrees to bear the full cost of paying these duties during checkout. Wyler Vetta S.r.l apologises for any inconvenience, but these costs are determined solely by the customs authorities of the destination country and are beyond our control. To apologize for the inconvenience, Wyler Vetta S.r.l undertakes to deliver any products imported into these countries free of charge.
Returns
Right of Withdrawal
Wyler Vetta S.r.l. hopes that you are satisfied with the product you have purchased; however, if you have changed your mind or are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you may return it within 14 days from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, took physical possession of the item, in accordance with the instructions regarding the right of withdrawal set forth in the “Right of Withdrawal” section of the Terms of Sale.
Only new products, unworn and without signs of wear, accompanied by the warranty certificate and in their original packaging, may be returned.
Please note that in accordance with Article 59 of Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005 (Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal is excluded for the supply of custom-made goods, such as when you request, for example, that a watch strap be adjusted to fit.
If the right of withdrawal has been exercised in accordance with the procedure outlined in the “Right of Withdrawal” section of the Terms of Sale and if the product you have returned to us meets the conditions set forth in Article 57 of the Consumer Code, we will refund the payments you made to us using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, within 14 days from the day you informed us of your intention to withdraw from the sales contract by writing to info@wylervetta.com.
Please note that refunds processed via credit card may take a few days to appear in your account. Any shipping costs incurred for the delivery of the products will NOT be refunded under any circumstances.
This refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, without any additional charges resulting from the refund. The refund may be suspended until the goods are received, or until you provide proof that you have shipped the goods, whichever comes first.
The right of withdrawal is reserved exclusively for natural persons (consumers); therefore, it cannot be exercised by legal entities or by natural persons acting for purposes related to any professional activity they may carry out.
Under no circumstances will returns be accepted if sent without a prior written request to the email address: info@wylervetta.com.
Return Procedure:
- Download the Return Form by clicking here
- Please include the Return Form (completed in its entirety and signed) together with the Warranty Certificate and the Delivery Note inside the package containing the product to be returned;
- Send an email to info@wylervetta.com with the subject line “Return [order number] – depending on the case: Right of Withdrawal, Defective Product, or Product Not as Ordered”.
- Pack the Product properly and ship it to Wyler Vetta Srl, attaching the waybill provided in the email correspondence to the package. The pickup will be arranged directly by Wyler Vetta;
- In the event that issues arise regarding the return of the Product due to the Customer’s fault, a new pickup may be arranged at the Customer’s expense, except in exceptional cases that have been reported to Wyler Vetta.
