Shipping
Wyler Vetta undertakes to fulfill orders placed within 4 working days, and in any case no later than 10 days from the day after the User placed the order. For pre-orders , the product will be shipped only after payment has been received, which occurs after a set number of days and can vary from 10 to 60 days.
Wyler Vetta Srl offers a shipping service for all orders placed on the wylervetta.com website:
- Delivery times are 1-3 business days after shipping within Italy (7 business days may be required for some regions and remote areas), while for other European countries, 2-9 business days may be required. For non-European countries, delivery may take up to 11 business days.
- Deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays), from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Shipping to Italy is FREE for all orders over €109. For orders under this amount, the cost is €9.99 and will be sent via DHL Express.
Shipping to other European countries (listed below) is FREE for orders over €200. For orders under this amount, the cost is €14.99 and will be sent via DHL Express.
Shipping to non-European countries (listed below in the table) is always FREE and will be via FERRARI GROUP courier.

Duties and customs charges
When importing to countries outside the European Union, customs duties and charges may apply.
All duties, taxes, and other charges related to the importation of products into the destination country are entirely the responsibility of the Customer and must be paid during checkout.
In particular, starting from August 7, 2025, by virtue of the legislation in force in the United States of America regarding the import of goods marked as “ Swiss Made ”, customs duties equal to 39% of the declared value of the product will be applicable.
At the time of purchase, the Customer agrees to assume full payment of these duties during checkout. Wyler Vetta Srl apologizes for any inconvenience, but these costs depend exclusively on the customs authorities of the destination country and are beyond our control. To apologize for the inconvenience, Wyler Vetta Srl undertakes to offer free delivery on any product imported into the United States.
Returns
Right of Withdrawal
Wyler Vetta Srl hopes you are satisfied with the product you purchased; however, if you change your mind or are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you may return it within 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you acquired physical possession of the item, in accordance with the instructions on the right of withdrawal indicated in the "Right of Withdrawal" paragraph of the Conditions of Sale.
Only new, unworn, or otherwise unused products, accompanied by the warranty certificate and in their original packaging, can be returned.
Please note that pursuant to Article 59 of Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005 (Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of custom-made goods, such as if you request, for example, that your watch strap be custom-sized.
If the right of withdrawal has been exercised in accordance with the procedure indicated in the "Right of Withdrawal" paragraph of the Conditions of Sale and if the product you returned to us meets the conditions set out in Article 57 of the Consumer Code, we will refund the payments you have made to us, using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, within 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your wish to withdraw from the sales contract by writing to info@wylervetta.com .
Please note that credit card refunds may take a few days to reflect the transaction in your account. Shipping costs incurred for returning the products will NOT be refunded under any circumstances.
This refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, and you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence of having shipped the goods, whichever is earlier.
The right of withdrawal is reserved exclusively for natural persons (consumers), therefore it cannot be exercised by legal entities and natural persons acting for purposes related to any professional activity they may carry out.

Return Procedure:
- Download the Return Form by clicking here
- Please include the Return Form (completed in its entirety and signed) together with the Warranty Certificate and the Delivery Note inside the package containing the product to be returned;
- Appropriately package the Product and ship it via courier to Wyler Vetta Srl, Corso Sempione 2, 20154 Milan. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer;
- Send an email to info@wylervetta.com with the subject “Return [order number] – depending on the case: Right of withdrawal or Defective Product or Product not compliant with the order” informing us of the shipment;
